The American Heart Association’s HeartCode BLS uses the latest eSimulation technology to enable students to assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. Utilizing a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities, this course teaches BLS knowledge and skills. This method of learning provides training consistency, adaptability to different learning styles, and flexibility for the student’s and employer’s time. Students can work at their own pace applying their knowledge to real-time decision making and skills development. After completing the online portion, students attend a hands-on session to test their skills with an AHA Instructor or on a voice-assisted manikin (VAM).

Heartsaver First Aid Online is the eLearning portion of the Heartsaver First Aid blended learning course, designed to teach students the cognitive information needed for first aid training. Upon completion of the online portion, students must complete a hands-on session with an AHA BLS or Heartsaver Instructor.

Heartsaver eLearning courses are the online portion of blended learning course delivery, and are designed to teach cognitive knowledge to adequately prepare students for hands-on practice and testing of first aid, CPR, and AED skills with an AHA Instructor.

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online is the eLearning portion of the blended learning course. It uses interactive lessons to teach child care providers and others to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Upon completion of the online portion, students must complete a hands-on session with an AHA BLS or Heartsaver Instructor.

Heartsaver CPR AED Online is American Heart Association's self-directed course that uses interactive lessons and videos to teach you CPR, AED and choking knowledge. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card.
